I come from an entrepreneurial family. My parents started their first company as selling electronics in 1985. As the company grew massively, they expand their focus on restaurant and real estate. My experience in real estate simply started when I collected rent from one of my parents’ commercial rental buildings. Soon after that in 1999, I became involved with seven real estate transactions that my parents had been purchased and sold. Growing up in China naturally developed my negotiating skills. Knowing that you can bargain for almost every item for sale is exciting. Those skills and knowledge have continued and strengthened after I moved to Victoria. I absolutely fell in love with this city and the island after my first visit. I found my love and started our family here. I call Victoria my favorite home of all.

After living and working in Victoria for many years, I have a proficient understanding of the community, economic opportunities, amenities, and different cultural backgrounds etc. As being a Mandarin-Chinese speaker, it gives me a great opportunity to be involved with the local Chinese community and able to help new immigrants to find and settle down in their new homes. In 2011, I joined DFH Real Estate, a local company that I am proud to be a member of. Within the support of a strong management team and peers, I am able to assist many happy clients to achieve their wants and needs.

I am a detail oriented person. When you are buying or selling real estate with me, I will make sure that I am your source of finding every detail of information regarding the transaction.
